Imperial Tropical was professional from start I'm extremely happy with all my fish they arrived happy and healthy and into their awesome tank they were packaged very well and they showed up exactly when they were supposed to. I would recommend you guys to anybody that was looking for any kind of fish probably if you had them or not! To everybody at imperial tropical have a great day!! John

Ordered several fish online for pick up and also scheduled an in person visit as well. What an amazing facility - if you’ve seen them on YouTube, the warehouse is more impressive in person! Beautiful facility with so many selections of different species of fish. All the staff we encountered were extremely helpful and we purchased even more fish while there. Highly recommend Imperial Tropicals for your freshwater fish selections! While not all the fish we purchased are pictured, all the fish are doing great and we look forward to coming by again sometime for more additions to our tanks!

I have purchased quite a bit of fish with this breeder, and my first order was not the best but the second order I was very pleased with. The company was quick to refund the DOA‘s that I did have and have always been very friendly and helpful. My only critique to the site would be to offer more common pictures of the fish you will likely be receiving - not just of the most vibrant, beautiful male that your fish may never look like! Mike and the crew do a great job, keeping their customers and viewers engaged & informed on social media! Be sure to watch their Friday Live giveaways!

If you are looking for Peacock Cichlids or Haps this is the BEST place to order from. I ordered a 10 pack of 3”-4” all male Peacocks and a 10 pack of 3”-4” all male Haps. Each and every fish I received is ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL and full of VIBRANT COLOR! I placed my order late on a Monday and received them on Thursday. The packaging was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING with each fish (20) triple bagged, placed in a nice size styrofoam cooler with heat packs and packing paper. Upon arrival I opened the package to find all twenty of my fish alive and healthy as can be. I placed all 20 bags in the aquarium to float for 30 minutes to acclimate. After that I released each fish by net then disposed of the water they were shipped in. Today makes 3 days since they were released into their new home and they are happy and healthy and doing well. I would like to say THANKS to everyone at Imperial Tropicals for everything you do. I will always look forward to doing business with you all in the near future.
